Scholarship Application
Rise Up Ministries was formed out of work that was started by Jessica Cyphert. At 21 years old, Jessica left everything she knew to go to a foreign land to serve the people of the Dominican Republic. She was a true servant with a sincere love for the people of the Dominican. She developed relationships with people that blossomed into great opportunities for long-term ministry. Many lives are affected today because Jessica was willing to follow the Lord’s leading when He called. Though she has reached the end of her journey in the earth and she is in heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ, her work is not done.
One of Jessica's passions was to provide opportunities for people to serve on the ground in the Dominican Republic. In memory of Jessica, Rise Up Ministries offers scholarship opportunities to assist those who have a desire to get involved in missions service.
